Exchange and Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, the purchased product does not meet your expectations, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement in accordance with the laws of the Slovak Republic.

Right to Return Goods

The customer has the right to return goods purchased from the Zoolabs.eu online store within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify the seller of their intention to withdraw from the purchase agreement before the expiry of the 14-day period. The goods must then be returned no later than 14 days after such notification.

Return Conditions

Returned goods must:

• be complete and include all original components;
• include all accessories, manuals, and documents supplied with the goods;
• be free from damage, except for any changes resulting from handling necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.

Goods Excluded from Return

In accordance with the laws of the Slovak Republic, the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement does not apply to:

• pet food and other goods supplied in sealed packaging if the seal has been opened or damaged after delivery;
• goods which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return once their protective packaging has been opened;
• goods manufactured or customized according to the customer's individual requirements;
• other goods for which the law provides exceptions to the right of withdrawal.

Unopened packages of pet food and other goods may be returned under the conditions set out above.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will refund all payments received from the customer, including the cost of standard delivery to the customer, no later than 14 days from the date we receive the notice of withdrawal from the purchase agreement.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until the customer provides proof that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.

The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used for the original order, unless both parties agree on
